Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

No contract. On the monthly plan you can stop whenever you like, with nothing more to pay. The yearly plan is paid up front and runs the full twelve months.

Do I actually own the website?

It works more like leasing than buying, which is what keeps the cost low with nothing big up front. The monthly covers hosting, security, updates and keeping the site live, and your domain stays in your own name throughout.

What is the £300 one-off for?

The photo session before launch, a one-off at the start and separate from the monthly. Real images of your business mean the site looks like you, not stock photos. If you already have professional images of your own, those work too.

What does the monthly actually cover?

The website as a service: hosting, security, updates and upkeep, with edits done for you whenever you ask. It is the site being looked after, so you never have to think about it.

How long until my site is live?

Usually a couple of weeks from the first chat, once the photos are done. You will see the whole website and get the look right together before anything goes live.

Can I start small and grow?
