1What The Offer Is
A one-off photography session at the start of your project, free, on either the Managed or Presence plan. It normally costs £300 and sits outside the monthly fee. The photographs are used on your new website and are yours to keep and use anywhere else you like, including social media and your Google Business Profile.
2Who Can Claim It
The first 20 businesses to start a plan, whether you pay monthly or yearly. It applies to new plans only, and to one session per business. The count is shown on the pricing page and here, and is updated as places are taken.
3Where The Session Takes Place
At your business, on a date we agree. Sessions are included free anywhere in Cambridge and roughly 15 miles around it. Further out than that is usually still fine, there may just be a small travel cost, which I would tell you about before anything is booked, never after.
Websites themselves I build for businesses across a wider area, so being outside the photography radius does not stop you starting a plan.
4What The Session Covers
- One visit, at one location, lasting as long as the place needs, usually a couple of hours.
- A set of edited images chosen to suit your website, delivered ready to use.
- Time to talk through what matters most about your business, so the photos show the right things.
It is a working session rather than a full day's commercial shoot, and it is aimed at the images your site needs.
5If You Already Have Photos
If you have professional images of your own and would rather use those, that is fine and the site can be built around them. The session is an option, not a requirement. There is no cash alternative and it cannot be swapped for a discount on the monthly.
6Staying On The Plan
There is still no contract, and you can cancel the monthly whenever you like. The one condition on the free session is that if you cancel within the first six months, the £300 becomes payable, since the session is provided as part of starting a plan rather than as a standalone job. Nothing else changes, and your domain and photographs stay yours.
7Changes To The Offer
The offer runs until all 20 places are taken, and I may withdraw it before then. If you have already started a plan, or we have already agreed your session, that is honoured whatever happens to the offer afterwards.
8Anything Else
The usual Terms and Conditions apply alongside these. If anything here is unclear, just ask me before you sign up and I will explain it plainly.
